Head flanges cut from 3/8"(9.5mm) thick steel plates by CNC laser cutter
Head flanges flattened by hydraulic press to ensure leak-free seal
Chrome plating on flanges to increase corrosion resistance and surface hardness
Polished surface for extra resistance against rusting
