2. Downpipes eliminate the restrictive OEM converters found on the stock downpipes, allowing for improved exhaust flow and increased power and torque. ;With higher boost levels producing more heat, these downpipes enable your AWD N54 to accommodate Stage 2 tunes and beyond.
3. Each downpipe is equipped with two O2 sensor bungs to facilitate the reinstallation of the factory BMW O2 sensors, enabling continuous monitoring of air/fuel mixture by the ECU through the exhaust. As these downpipes are catless in design, an ECU tune or CEL fix will be necessary to prevent a check engine light from illuminating on the instrument panel.
